Photographs, Videos, and Audio are available to be licensed for commercial use. Pricing may vary depending on the use and distribution.

Non-Profit & Educational Use
I enjoy supporting non-profit and educational institutions. I offer license discount rates for registered non-profit organizations and educational institutions. Licensing may be free in some cases depending on the context of use.

Creative Commons License
You will never find my digital media (Photographs, Videos, and Audio) under creative commons license, if you’ve obtained any of my digital media through such license, please help contact me as soon as possible. I contract a service that performs reverse image searches to protect my copyright.

Social Media – Commercial
Using my Photographs, Videos, and Audio on social media platforms like Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook, Blogs, Twitter, etc. by commercial entities, is the same as “Commercial Use” and must be licensed for that purpose.

Social Media – Personal
Sharing my photography, videos, and audio social media accounts must be accompanied by a link back to However, sharing content from my website and podcast via built-in social media applications that link back to or social media pages. Failure to attribute my digital media content properly may result in a takedown notice to the web host. Basically, credit where credit is due. Thank you!

Journal Articles / Technical Papers
Use of my digital media (Photographs, Videos, and Audio) in literature or articles is considered commercial use and requires a paid licensing agreement.

Artwork Derivatives
Permission is required to copy or manipulate all or portions of my Photographs, Videos, and Audio in derivative productions or artworks. Always good to just ask if you’re not sure.

Copyright Infringement Policy
Use of my Photographs, Videos, and Audio content without a valid license, is considered copyright infringement and a violation of US copyright laws. I make my living from film and photography, I cannot afford to be lenient with infringements on the part of for-profit companies. Such infringements are illegal, they waste my time, and devalue my work.

Each image, video, and the audio file is legally protected by U.S. & International copyright laws and may NOT be copied or used for reproduction in ANY manner without the explicit written authorization of Scott Slone / All pictures, videos, and audio on this Web Site are copyrighted ©Scott Slone / and are for Web browser viewing only. Other usages of the images (including comp usage) must be negotiated. The images on this entire site may not be used for any purpose without express written consent. Unauthorized duplication or usage is prohibited by the Copyright law and will be prosecuted. Scott Slone vigorously protects his copyright interests. In the event that an infringement is discovered, you will be notified and invoiced the industry-standard TRIPLE FEE for unauthorized usage and/or prosecuted for Copyright Infringement in U.S. Federal Court where you will be subject to a fine of up to U.S.$100,000.00 statutory damages as well as our court costs and attorneys’ fees.

Copyright infringements of my Photographs, Videos, and Audio will be handled by my contracted intellectual property law firm, which may result in legal action to recover statutory damages as outlined in Title 17, § 504, of the United States copyright laws.
